- Put the mixture in a butter greased and lined, 9- inch cake tin.
- Pre- heat oven for 5 min at 180°C
- Place the cake tin in oven and bake for 35 min or it's done when a toothpick inserted come clean.
- Remove cake from tin and cool on a cooling tray for 30min.
- After cake cools cut the cake into 3 equal round pieces.
- Whipped icing
- For whipped icing add 150gm whippedcream powder with 200ml of cold milk whip with electric whisk for 4 min mideum speed. Refrigerate for 20 min.
- For Chocolate sauce
- To make chocolate sauce boil water in a pan put a bowl over the boiling water,add chocolate chip in the bowl and melt it. Remove the melted chocolate from heat add heavy cream and butter,again put the mix over boiling water add mix it until it get a liquid sauce form.
- For Candied Orange pieces
- First peel orange cut in pieces. Boil 200ml water in pan add orange pieces, cook for 15 min. In a separate pan add 100 gm sugar and 100ml water and make a syrup. After 15 min put the orange pieces in cold water with ice cube in it. Add those cold orange pieces in the sugar syrup and cook for 15 min.
- Place the orange pieces on a plate and air dry it for 1 hour.
- To assemble the cake put one layer of cake and add whippedcream icing. Put icing in between each layer.
- Cover whole cake with icing. Place the cake in refrigerator for 15 min to set.
- After 15 min pour chocolate sauce on top of the cake. Put in freezer for 5 min to set the chocolate sauce.
- Decorate the cake with orange pieces.
