Instructions to make Chocolate Cake:
- Mix wheat flour,semolina and bake powder in a bowl. Add milk and milk cream to it.
- Make smooth flowing batter stirring in the same direction for 10 minutes.
- Keep it aside for sometime. Now pour refined oil,mix it properly and Add powdered sugar in an another bowl. Shift this batter to the batter we made earlier.
- Now add chocolate powder and a pinch of baking soda.
- Preheat a pressure cooker for 10 minutes adding some water or sand in it. Now take a cake pa,grease it well. Now pour batter into it.
- Keep this pan in a cooker on a stand. Bake it for 45 minutes on medium flame. Now take out the whistle from the cooker.
- Check the cake with a knife after 45 minutes If it doesn't stick to it, or cake is cake is ready to eat. If it sticks,bake for another 5minutes.
- Take out from the cooker and let it cool down.
- Now pour chocolate syrup on it. Garnish it with crushed chocolate.
