  2. In a big pot put 3/4 cup oil and the meat that is cut. Add salt and seasoning.

  4. Boil 2.5 litres of water. Wash the rice and set it aside.
  5. In the pot with the meat check to see if the water is leaving and oil is shown. Then put the rice inside and stir.
  6. Then put the boiled water and stir. Cook it till it is soft and small liquid remains.
  7. Then put aluminum on top and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
